Quick Answer
In Can 'Em All, accept the company's offer email to unlock Sell Your Factory, then sell when you're ready to restart. You keep Permanent Upgrades, but lose machines and weapons. Before confirming, check your point reward and finish feeding 100,000 children if you're pursuing that achievement.
How do you unlock Sell Your Factory?
You must accept the email titled An Offer You Can't Refuse; buying every upgrade won't unlock it automatically.
Progress through the company emails
Keep progressing through the story emails until you reach the weapon requirements below.
Unlock the Uzi
Unlock the Uzi to progress past When Money Was the Problem.
Unlock the AK-47
Unlock the AK-47 to receive Excellent Work. Continue through the emails until An Offer You Can't Refuse arrives.
Accept the offer
Open An Offer You Can't Refuse in the Mail tab and click Accept.
This unlocks Sell Your Factory, and there's no rush to use it.
How do you sell your factory and start Prestige?
Open Sell Your Factory, review the permanent upgrade points offered, then confirm the sale to restart.
Check the point reward
Open the Sell Your Factory menu and check how many points you'll receive. Your reward depends on your factory's value. You can wait and keep building.
Confirm the sale
Confirm when you're ready to start a new facility from scratch. This counts as Prestige and unlocks A Fresh Start.
Spend your permanent upgrade points
Use your points to buy Permanent Upgrades for your next run. Those upgrades survive future resets, so later sales won't remove them.
What do you keep and lose after selling?
You keep Permanent Upgrades, but your machines and weapons are lost when you restart.
| Item | What happens |
|---|---|
| Permanent Upgrades | You keep them through factory resets. |
| Machines | You lose them. |
| Weapons | You lose them. |
| Progress toward feeding 100,000 children | Prestige resets your current progress toward this achievement. |
Finish feeding 100,000 children before your first sale if you're working toward that achievement. Don't treat an unfinished count as something you can carry into your next factory.
When is selling your factory worth it?
Sell when the displayed reward covers the Permanent Upgrades you want and you're ready to rebuild.
One first-reset approach uses just over 125 gears to buy these upgrades:
- Cold Storage
- Starting Cash I
- Brute Force I
- Profit Boost I
- Grinder Speed
Treat that as a purchase plan, rather than a required selling threshold. You don't need to sell as soon as the option unlocks. Compare your reward with your planned Can 'Em All upgrades before confirming.
There isn't a confirmed universal best selling point or a complete point formula here yet. Those details are still being added.
Spend your points with the permanent upgrades list, and read the ending guide before you finish.
