You need a creature's body for Not a Can and a living creature for Fresh Meat.
Send a creature's body through the transport tube
Throw a creature's body into the transport tube instead of a can. This unlocks Not a Can. Use a dead creature's body for this attempt.
Grind a creature while it is alive
Grind a living creature to unlock Fresh Meat. The creature must still be alive when you grind it. A dead body belongs in your Not a Can attempt instead.
How do you unlock Special Delivery and Human Meat?
You unlock Special Delivery by entering the transport tube and Human Meat by grinding yourself in the processor.
Both achievements end your current day. Finish anything you want to do that day before attempting either one. Completing the first means you must attempt the other on a different day.
Enter the transport tube yourself
Throw yourself into the transport tube to unlock Special Delivery. For this achievement, you are the delivery. Sending a creature's body through the tube fulfills Not a Can instead. Your current day ends with this attempt.
Enter the processor yourself on another day
Grind yourself in the processor to unlock Human Meat. Grinding a creature fulfills a different requirement; Human Meat requires you to enter the machine yourself. This attempt also ends your current day.
